Our bookkeepers are happy to attend your premises or work from our office using documents and records provided by you or by direct link up to your computer. Should they be required to come to your offices, the minimum period is 2 hours, otherwise each bookkeeper's time working on your records is billed in 15 minute intervals.

Standard Rate: $44 per hour

Out calls: $48 per hour (travel time is also charged at this rate)

After Hours Rate: Starts at $65 per hour after 4pm

All rates are inclusive of GST

Invoicing

We invoice for services provided to permanent clients on a weekly basis and payment is due within 7 days. We accept accept EFT payments direct to our Bank Account or Cheques. For one-off projects a deposit (equal to ½ the value of your estimate) is required before work can commence.
